I am a mother to a 7 year old girl, wife to a soldier. My quest for learning is endless. Learning is something that will follow me to my death bed and I love it. I am a yoga and fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, a mindfulness and meditation coach and also a healer with a knowledge of many beautiful healing modalities. I am also an advance NLP practitioner and life coach.
Yoga is my daily ritual and that is how I want my clients to approach it. Yoga is much more than a simple workout.... it is the change you are seeking!
