Fitness / Weight Loss Journal Day 10

A day where only my discipline and my determination kept me going.
I had a very achy body from the previous two days workout. Still only because it was not an off day went to the gym after my morning yoga class. Worked out and came back as achy.
Late breakfast and then a try at resting which I could not accomplish. Such poor is the motivation today that i do not even feel like writing here. But like I always believe.
Discipline keeps you going when you lack motivation!
Kept my diet on track except for few spoons from my daughters custard pudding 🙁 (bad habits!) Finished around 12k steps.
Will keep it short here today and just end by saying that if you want to succeed in your goals find a routine, make a plan, be consistent and be disciplined. That is the only thing that will get you across.
