Fitness / Weight Loss Journal Day 11 – Weekend is not the Weak End

Weekends are the hardest. Everyone in the family wants something unhealthy, yummy, or junk. And making two different things is so tedious. I have to fix something “yummy” in my diet budget.
Yet I made good of Saturday at least. I managed to eat within my budget ( I always ensure my food is yummy so that was not a problem)
Kept it a rest day as I was having multiple aches yesterday from my workouts. Also got to sleep well and woke up without an alarm. My active rest days mean I still would do yoga and pranayama and my 10 K steps. So started my day with a 40 minute yoga practice, some ab workout and pranayama.
My vocal chords were the only thing that got worked today ( daughter being home). Otherwise it was a super lazy day.
Looking back at the whole week I think I did a good job. Except for minor slips here and there, I did well on my diet and as a result, dropped my weight by almost 1 kg. I am sure I would have done much better if I had stuck better.
Looking forward to making the next week even better. The positive result has already motivated me and I cannot wait to beat myself!
