Fitness / Weight Loss Journal Day 22
I have been absent from writing for a long time. My own health, lack of anything to share, poor network and then daughter unwell – I have a whole bunch of excuses. But I am glad to state that I had no excuses for not following my diet or my workout.
I am absolutely back on track with my workout and my steps, diet I never let go of. There was a mild disturbance over the weekend owing to PMS, but it was mild and I ensured that I stay in deficit. Giving myself grace for the shortcomings is really keeping my motivation up.
Its not been the best of weeks. Has been especially challenging with respect to my role as a mom. But I am glad I could keep myself afloat.
Truly speaking I am not in the best of the spirits to share something inspirational here.
